Racing the road--Lucy

Turns out Lucy likes to run a little bit too.

On Monday at the weekly sizzler race, Lucy ran the kids' run. She came in 4th place, clapping her way over the finish line. I am told it was adorable. I was running the race while she ran. She was awarded with a little dog stuffed animal, which she hugged the minute it was placed in her arms.

I don't have a picture from the actual from the event, but I do have one of her eating one of her favorite foods -- peaches! I also found out that she likes plums. Too bad she calls all of them apples...we will sort that out later. At least she is eating yummy fruit!
